Solgar® Bromelain 300 mg contains a digestive enzyme found in pineapple. Enzymes are needed by all living organisms for proper functioning and are found in all forms of life, including humans, plants, bacteria and other organisms. They are natural proteins that speed up the rate of chemical reactions within cells. They are essential for life and are involved in many important body functions.
Pineapple, a fruit native to South America, is one of the richest sources of the enzyme Bromelain. This particular enzyme is found in fresh pineapple and is specially prepared to ensure that all of Bromelain's nutritional and enzymatic properties are preserved.
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Ingredients:
Bulking Agent: maltodextrin, microcrystalline Cellulose, citric acid, Bromelain (from fresh pineapple), Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Cross-linked Cellulose Gum, Anti-caking Agent: silicon dioxide, Emulsifier: lecithin (from soya).
Does not contain:
Sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, dairy products, and no sweeteners, artificial flavors or colors are used in its preparation. Contains Soy.
