SOLGAR Green Tea Leaf Extract contains a herbal extract of green tea (Camellia sinensis) titrated to 50% polyphenols. The extraction and titration of herbal extracts ensures a consistent amount of specific beneficial ingredients per production batch.
The combination of science and tradition creates a potent titrated extract with all the synergistic and beneficial properties found in nature.
Green tea is traditionally known for its tonic properties, but also its ability to promote relaxation due to the naturally occurring L-Theanine it contains, as well as other naturally occurring substances
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) to two (2) vegetarian capsules daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
