SOLGAR Hawthorn Extract provides Crataegus spp. extract titrated to 2% vitexin. The extraction and titration of the plant extracts ensures a consistent amount of specific beneficial ingredients per production batch.

Hawthorn (Crataegus spp) helps in the normal functioning of the heart and the cardiovascular system as a whole, as it can enhance good peripheral blood circulation. In addition, it can contribute to reducing irritability and helps in good sleep, especially in people who feel restless during the day.
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) to three (3) vegetarian capsules daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed recommended dosage. To maintain freshness and potency, store at room temperature.
