SOLGAR Rhodiola Root Extract contains Rhodiola rosea extract titrated to 1% salidrozide and 3% rosavins. The extraction and titration of the plant extracts ensures a consistent amount of specific beneficial ingredients per production batch.

SOLGAR Rhodiola Root Extract provides Rhodiola root, which is found in inaccessible parts of the world such as the mountains of China and Russia. It is an adaptogenic herb, meaning it helps the body adapt appropriately and cope with stressful situations with balance.
Rhodiola extract can also support mental peace. Rhodiola also contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity, while helping the body adapt to stress and physical effort. It is suitable for people with intense daily lives, as well as for athletes since it can contribute to increasing endurance during training.
It is taken as a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) vegetarian capsules daily, preferably with meals.
